On a recent flight to Australia to work with a client…. I had a lot of time to think. It is after all, a 16-hour non-stop flight, one way, from Los Angeles to Melbourne!  I thought, here I am, in the middle of a rapidly expanding industry, the cosmetic laser industry – what is the most obvious unmet need of any stakeholder in the industry? Who could most use the assistance in growing their business and why?

And the answer?
